宝马彩票重视科研团队的建设，管理科学与工程学科是我校建校之初最早设立的学科之一，具有一级学科博士学位授权点，本学科是天津市十二五重中之重学科，十三五重点学科，建有“投资与工程造价研究中心”和“循环经济与企业可持续发展研究中心”两个天津市人文社科重点研究基地，拥有“中国重大工程技术‘走出去’投资模式与管控”天津市首批高校智库和智能制造与智慧安全天津市首批科技创新智库。学科本着夯实理论基础、注重学科特色、优先人才培养、服务地方建设的指导思想进行学科建设。
Academic Research
The School of Management attaches great importance to the construction of scientific research teams. The discipline of Management Sciences and Engineering is one of the earliest disciplines established at the beginning of our University, with first-level discipline authorized to offer doctoral degree program. This discipline is the most important discipline in Tianjin during the 12th Five-Year Plan and the key discipline in the 13th Five-Year Plan. It has two key research bases of humanities and social sciences in Tianjin, namely, "Investment and Cost Engineering Research Center" and "Research Center for Circular Economy and Sustainable Development of Enterprises", and the first batch of university think tank and intelligent manufacturing and the first batch of science and technology innovation think tank in Tianjin, namely, "think tank of 'going global' investment mode and control of China's major engineering technology". The discipline construction is based on the guiding principles of consolidating theoretical foundation, paying attention to discipline characteristics, giving priority to talents training and serving local construction.

本学科现已形成学士、硕士、博士层次齐全的专业人才培养体系。拥有国家级教学名师、精品课程、特色专业、教学团队和精品教材等荣誉，且对地方经济建设有明显的支撑作用，截止2022年，共获得省部级以上奖项25项，承担国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金项目69项；承担省部级纵向科研项目123余项。

Scientific Research Achievements
This discipline has now formed a professional talents training system with complete levels of bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree. It has the honors of state-level renowned teachers, excellent courses, characteristic programs, teaching teams and excellent teaching materials, and has an obvious supporting role in local economic construction. By 2022, it has won 25 awards at the provincial level or above and undertaken 80 projects of the National 863 Plan, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Social Science Fund; and undertakes more than 123 provincial and ministerial-level government sponsored scientific research projects.
